專案摘要/目標
專案成果
For student recruiting, Star Plan (admission by high school recommendations) and individual application both supply extra quota to students from under-represented groups.
For Star Plan, each department/division provides 1 or more additional quota reserved for Indigenous students.
For individual application, The Crossfield division of Sunflower Program offers 37 admission spots, giving priority to economically disadvantaged students (low-income, low-to-middle-income families, and families in special circumstances) as well as new immigrants and their children.
In addition to the Crossfield division, each department/division participated in Sunflower Program reserves 1 priority spot for economically disadvantaged students, totaling 31 spots.
Regarding the additional quota for Indigenous students, every department provides 1 or more admission quota.
In addition, to actively provide employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and achieve the statutory recruitment target, the university has established the “Guidelines for Subsidies on the Employment of Persons with Disabilities.” Any campus unit employing contract clerical staff or full-time assistants holding a valid domestic disability certificate may apply for university subsidies to cover their remuneration, Labor Insurance premiums, National Health Insurance premiums, Labor Pension contributions, and year-end bonuses. The subsidy amount per person per month is capped at the latest minimum wage announced by the Ministry of Labor, plus the corresponding employer-funded contributions based on that wage.
