Employment policy on discrimination

To prevent workplace violence, in forms of physical, mental, verbal or sexual way, NCU has made the "Program of Prevention of Unlawful Assault while Perform Duty" in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act. 

When a workplace assessment indicates that the following types of unlawful workplace infringement may occur or have already occurred, the Plan for Preventing Unlawful Infringements During the Execution of Duties shall be initiated:

A. Workplace violence

B. Workplace bullying

C. Sexual harassment

D. Employment discrimination
