NCU, Taoyuan City Partner to Build Ba-de Smart Health Innovation Park

On December 29, 2025, National Central University officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Taoyuan City Government to jointly promote the development of the "Taoyuan City Bade Smart Health Innovation Park." The initiative plans to establish the NCU Hospital, as well as a "Smart Health Technology Park" and an "Innovation Base and Talent Cultivation Center," aiming to meet citizens' medical and healthcare needs, promote balanced regional development, drive industrial innovation, and enhance Taoyuan's competitiveness in smart healthcare and health industries.

National Central University President Shu-San Hsiau stated that NCU will join hands with the Taoyuan City Government and industry, government, and academic sectors to continuously enhance citizens' health and welfare, promote regional economic growth, and drive sustainable development, achieving NCU's educational goal of "deepening local roots and achieving co-prosperity and development."
